NHABEX is a national digital multichannel service infrastructure, provided as a service (Software as a Service — SaaS) by IT Solutions, based in Cape Verde. The platform acts as a technology intermediary for service delivery — it does not directly provide the end services offered by subscribing entities.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Platform: the set of applications, APIs, modules and services that make up the NHABEX ecosystem, including NHABEX Queue, NHABEX Eats, NHABEX Pay, NHABEX Cars and NHABEX Events.
End user (Client): any individual who uses the platform to take tickets, schedule appointments, track queues, make payments or rate services.
Institutional client (Entity): company, organization or public institution that subscribes to NHABEX to manage its public service.
Operator: Entity employee who uses the service panel to call and serve customers.
Administrator: user with management and configuration permissions for one or more entities.
Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, under applicable legislation.
